The vacation rental price includes the service of a maid (daytime). The house has cable television (Directv), Wifi that covers the entire property. The outdoor area is very spacious and very complete, it includes an infinity pool, children’s pool, solarium, kiosk or pool house, BBQ area, it also has an ocean view from its pool, private beach, with direct access from the condominium and a private dock for your enjoyment.

The house has 24-hour security service, private parking, check in is at 2:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am. Late check out is subject to an additional charge with prior verification of availability.
