The house has been redesigned to comfortably accommodate up to nine (9) guests. Four (4) rooms have been organized for your guests, each of them with air conditioning and a fan. In total there are four (4) bathrooms that the property has, of which two (2) are private in their respective rooms.

The internal patio of the house is the energy center of the property where colonial architecture, history and nature coexist in an iconic refuge. In the center of the space is the jacuzzi surrounded by vines that give a life of its own to the space. On the top floor there is a terrace where you can sunbathe in one of the beach chairs. The view from the top floor is simply spectacular. The property has flat screen televisions and wireless internet service.
