On the first floor you will find the parking lot, the access gate, an outdoor dining room, a patio and the pool next to the sun beds. The second and third levels are intended for the property’s rooms, spacious, bright, functional and welcoming spaces. The property’s bathrooms are also very comfortable and each room has air conditioning and fans to make your stay more satisfactory. On the top level you will find a terrace with a large solarium with sea views. At the end of the terrace there is an open-air jacuzzi that will make your visit to this house a set of extraordinary memories.

The house has the potential to accommodate up to twenty-four (24) guests in complete comfort. Your guests will find that the six (6) bathrooms in the house are enough to achieve a stay without major inconvenience. The rooms have useful amenities for a guaranteed rest. There are five (5) bedrooms in total.

In the social areas, the property’s grill, the jacuzzi on the terrace, the very large pool and the outdoor dining rooms stand out, particularly the one that is framed by a living vine, which will make your dinners a spectacular space to commemorate important dates. The house allows for massive events, with a capacity of up to 120 people.
