The distribution of the house begins on the ground floor with a completely open, illuminated and harmonious space, where we will find the integrated dining room and living room area. This space has a flat screen television and ceiling fan. In the central patio there is a charming jacuzzi with a waterfall and ornamental plants. The spacious industrial-type kitchen will delight cooking lovers, and it is fully equipped. Finally we find the social bathroom of the property.

The first floor houses the two (2) rooms that the property contains. The rooms and the house in general exhibit a Mediterranean style, transporting us to Santorini, with wooden ceilings in blue and white tones that blend with the beautiful floor tiles that have been restored and preserved. The first one has a double bed and two single masonry beds, it has a private bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The room has two built-in wardrobes to comfortably organize belongings.
The second room has a double bed and a single bed, built-in wardrobes, a private bathroom, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a balcony that offers views of the spectacular internal patio of the house.
