The property has been judiciously restored to comfortably accommodate up to sixteen (16) guests. Each of the guests can be distributed in the eight (8) rooms of the property, spaces delicately decorated with art and culture from Hispanic history, with ceiling fans, air conditioning, flat screen television and eight (8) bathrooms in total.

Outside, the internal patio of the house houses a green wall embedded in limestone which is opposite to the large internal pool of the house. Large rooms, full of art, fresh, spacious and elegant are synonymous with the stay. On the terrace, the outdoor jacuzzi, as well as the rest area, offer a dream rooftop where the panoramic view of the city offers a dream view of the iconic Cartagena de Indias.
